This science fiction novel is about an extraterrestrial species known as Vuvv that landed on Earth and pushed the population into poverty. Adam teamed up with his girlfriend Chloe to participate in a program where couples connect live to share their love experience with the Vuuv, in order to survive this new era and help his family, since his father abandoned them. Everything was alright at first, but as chapters continue, their relationship starts deteriorating and coexisting starts to be unbearable. Adam takes refuge in the landscapes he draws. Those are not the paintings the Vuuv would buy; however, for Adam they are useful to portray what his town is going through. When he is elected to participate in the interplanetary art contest, he will have to decide between his goals or an opportunity that could change his family's situation and get the cure for the disease he is suffering. Landscape with invisible hand is a short novel, but deeply clever that can make the reader think about current serious issues.
